Paid files, $99 once

The Clinician Suite: AI is the intern. You are always the attending.

You already have a general purpose AI tool. What you do not have is a method: one that says which tasks to point it at, what may never go into it, and how to verify what comes back before your signature goes on it. 30 files for the administrative half of the job, plus the Safe Harbor de-identifier delivered separately. No diagnosis, no dosing, no compliance claim.

The rule this is built on

You dictate "chest sounds ok to me." A normal AI writes "Chest clear to auscultation bilaterally, no wheeze, no crackles." You never said any of that.

Every structure in this suite forces the opposite. The draft must announce what it did not know: Chest auscultation: [NOT DOCUMENTED]. That single rule stops the model inventing a finding you never made, and it stops your note reading identically to every other note, which is the pattern chart reviews flag.

Buying for a practice? The Practice Suite is ten seats of this plus an AI use policy, a governance register and an SOP template, $299.

What this is not, stated plainly

Not a medical device. Not clinical decision support. Not medical advice. No diagnosis, no differential generation, no treatment recommendations, no drug names, no dosing, no clinical thresholds.

Not a hosted service. No app to install, no login, no account, no integration, no plugin, and nothing that expires. The 30 files are documents. The de-identifier, delivered separately, is a single HTML file that runs inside your own browser and works with your wifi switched off.

Not an ambient scribe and not a replacement for one. A scribe writes the encounter note. This covers the appeals, discharges, attestations, handoffs, handouts and policy a scribe has never touched.

Nothing you buy makes any AI tool HIPAA compliant. Your organization's approved tool policy always outranks anything in these files.

Not externally peer reviewed, and we do not claim it is. No measured time saving is published, because no study has been run that would justify one. The Time Recovery Audit is included so you measure your own.

Questions

Do I need a particular AI tool?

No. The method works with whatever general purpose model your organization allows. Nothing here is an app, a plugin or a login; it is documents and one HTML file that runs in your browser.

Does it write my notes for me?

No. It gives you the structures, the prompts and the verification steps. The draft must announce what it did not know, and you sign. It is not an ambient scribe and not a replacement for one.

Will it work outside Epic?

Yes. The phrases are written in Epic dialect but every one ships as plain text with visible stops, so it pastes into Cerner AutoText, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, Meditech or any text expansion tool. Letters, appeals and handouts do not depend on any EHR.

Is this a compliance product? No. Nothing you can buy makes an AI tool compliant.

No, and nothing you can buy does. Your organization's approved tool policy always outranks anything in these files. The suite says so on page two of its own checklist.

Has anyone measured the time it saves?

No study has been run, so no time saving is published. The Time Recovery Audit is included so you measure your own over thirty days, and if the minutes do not move, one word, Refund, and you keep every file.

What does $99 include over time?

One payment, no subscription. Twelve months of updates included, and the files stay yours permanently.
